What is a Practice Group?

In a Practice Group we get together for 75 minutes and we discuss and practice Spring Forest Qigong.  There will be 15 minutes of teaching, followed by 40-50 minutes of practice, both Moving Meditation and Internal Refinement. Then we will close the practice with sharing and questions.

Sessions will be recorded and archived in the Member Hub so you can go back to them for review or if you cannot attend in person.

Why a Practice Group?

Following Practice on Facebook is great and really helpful. Keep doing that. 

In a Practice Group we create a Safe Community of like-minded people coming together to share life’s experiences and create more Joy and Emotional Stability in our lives.

Human Connection is a basic need for all of us. As we connect with each other in the Practice Group and also in the Private Facebook Group, we “see” and support each other.

Community Consciousness is VERY powerful!!!

In the Level 1 class, you learn the foundations and gain a beginning understanding of the “Why’s”. In the full class, we feed you with a “firehose”. In the weekly Practice Group we now get to dig in, concept by concept, and learn more about each teaching and then put that one specifically into practice and experience the benefits in REAL TIME.

Where is the Practice Group?

You can practice in the comfort of your own space, in your PJ’s if you wish, because we come together online. The Covid experience taught us that we truly CAN unite the world. Many of you are from across the world. We can join together again to continue to weave that Web of Love that transforms and unites all of us in the world.

How is the Practice Group Delivered?

The group is delivered online on Zoom. You will have an ongoing link for the group.

This is a monthly membership. We will meet 4X per month.

There is also a Private Facebook Page where you can share discussions about your practice with your fellow community members.

All meetings are recorded and archived in the Membership Dashboard for ongoing review. If you must miss a meeting, it’s there, waiting for you when your time opens up.

What is the Cost?

The monthly membership is $47 CDN per month.

You may have an initial month’s Membership Trial for $20, after which your Credit Card will be continually charged the full rate monthly. You may cancel at any time.
